TONING
We wish you to know that the energy that each of you brings to this weekend flows and creates beautiful structures with the energies of The Council of 12, as they surround you, as they sometimes stand behind you, as they stand beside you, as they stand before you. They are in a circle right now around all of you, including our Jyoti, and so we would like you to imagine with us 12 beautiful Beings of Light surrounding you in a circle, reaching their hands toward you and creating each a thread that comes to each of you like spokes of a wheel.
We would venture to say that you could think of it as the 12 strands of DNA as well, because the activation of the 12 strands of DNA is just this sort of process. It is facilitated by these great Beings, including your Higher Selves, as we continue to work with you in your Ascension. In your Ascension, you can go as high as you allow yourself to go--as high as you intend to go.
Now, the subject of creating sound and light geometrical structures is what we have pledged to talk about this morning, which includes chanting and toning, of course. Historically, Sanskrit is the first written language. People began to have the need to record things and set them down because originally the information came through what were called sages, whom we would say were channels in the tradition of the priesthood.
Priests and priestesses ideally have been very clear channels for the Divine, have they not? Hasnt this been their role? It has not been an elected position. It has been the position determined in the past, in ancient times, before Judeo-Christian structures came in. Your gifts had to be there first. You had to refine those gifts of channeling and connecting with the Divine. You werent elected by a group of other people, do you see, just because you went to school. You had to have that ability to connect with Divine information, if you will--Divine Consciousness--so that you could be the spokesperson for that Divine information to appear.
Now when these ancient sages channeled information: the tones such as the seed syllable "OM," which is the Earth tone and which is at the same cycles per second as the Earth has been until now, and which still is somewhat as you understand her ascension process, too, that parallels yours OM is the frequency of harmonious resonance of all creatures on the Earth, of all people on the Earth, and of Nature herself. Now, you have only to think of microwaves, electric transmissions, cellular phones, satellite TV and so forth.
To understand that these are frequencies, you have only to look simply at these to understand what those frequencies have done to the OM tone. And what they have done to the Earth is what they have done to you. They have created strange viral structures. Some of these viruses are created by people experimenting on other people en masse "Lets just send this frequency out and see how many people get sick." Many of these retroviruses were created in this way on purpose. Understand that the noises of traffic behind you here, the hum of electrical wires, the sounds of the TV sets and the very frequencies in your home, appliances and electricity and so forth--all of these things have changed and harmed the Earth, the Earths resonance and the resonance of you bodies.
And so toning OM is not just an ancient tradition that happens to feel good when you do it; it is a necessity for the harmony of your body and that is just the seed syllable. And so there are many other Sanskrit tonals that share with other languages certain vowels that you went through in your exercise today [a toning exercise]. And your intention in doing these tonals is very important because you can either have Ah or you can have Ahhhhhhhh, so that your intention will shape the sound of the tonal and will determine its effect on your body. Or if you go, Wheeeee, thats different than what you and our Jyoti did when you went, Eeeeek (like the effect of of fingernails on a chalkboard). Do you see?
So you can take the elongated tone or vowel sound that so many languages share. With your intention you see what it creates in you, and usually you think of it as a response: Wheeee. But you can do it first and you can create the effect instead of having the sound be a response to some stimulus or some event. You can do it on purpose, and you can go A-ha! And Wheee and Wow! Do you see? And so if youre feeling blue or tired, or whatever, and you go, "Wow!"--that affects your body instantly.
Now, unfortunately, in the workplace or even at home, one doesnt always feel comfortable going around going, "wow!" or "A-ha!" so its something that you might want to go somewhere else to do, whether its in your car or some place where you can just do that. Or you can suppress the volume but keep the intensity of the intention and intensely whisper "Wow! Wow!" and have it still have the same effect, you see?
All right. Now, the other thing is where your eyes access, and this also has to do with brain frequencies and physical frequencies. Why did they used to have the preacher in the pulpit way up there? Because when you lift your eyes up to see the priest, or you lift your eyes up to look at Jesus hanging on the cross represented that way, when your eyes access upward, it uplifts your energy. Or when you raise your arms up and look up, it raises your energy.
There are so many key terms in the language that demonstrate this--such as when you say, "Im down. Downtrodden. I feel down," and so forth. When youre feeling depressed, you look down, dont you? When you feel embarrassed or ashamed of yourself or whatever, you look down. When someone is upsetting you and you dont want to confront them, you look down. And so what happens energetically when you look down is very different than what happens when you look up. Its the same way with the body posture, so its as if the entire body frequency changes according to its posture. And these are brain frequencies, measurable brain frequencies.
All right. So when youre saying, "Wow," look up. When youre saying, "A-ha," look up and raise your arms, and that has an incredibly tonic effect on your body. You can do this one or two minutes. Its one of the easiest things you can do.
We have talked about how these tonals have certain frequencies. We have talked about how your intention shapes the sound and the effects on your body, and how the posture or your body or the position of body limbs and eyes and so forth affects your frequencies.
THE HEART-AXIS MUDRA MEDITATION
Atlantean Tonals
Now we would like to talk about the tonals and mudras that youre going to be working with this weekend. The tonals are combined with consonants, so were not just dealing with vowel sounds now; were adding certain consonants that also have certain frequencies or certain effects on the body. So it is with the Atlantean tonals, which were originally Star sounds. We would suggest that these were made electronically but with a kind of electronics that were much more crystalline-based, so that even though the sound might not be familiar to you at this time--to your body, to your cellular memory, to your DNA--it is quite familiar.
And so the Atlantean tonals that were going to be working with today and tomorrow have certain consonants like "Zzzzzzzz" included with them. Thhhh," "Shhhhh," "Chhhh" and "Rrrrrrr." How many languages have you heard these in? All right. So when we combine these specific consonants with these specific vowels, were going to create certain shapes. So you have "Ohhhh," and you create a circle. Isnt it interesting that we have "o" written on paper to represent a sound that creates a circle? Very interesting. So when you add the consonant to that, you are creating inner structures as they interact with the "Ooooo" or with the "Ahhh."
Or "Ow-uuu." Then were saying those at very precise chakras. "She-ma, she-ma, she-ma." Youre focusing on a specific chakra. Youre directing that sound into that chakra and throughout your body through your hand position, and youre imparting power through your hands in the space around you to create a specific structure. Then well be adding specific color bands, specific color combinations, in each chakra, so you have the tone, the mudra or hand position imparting power through the hands and colors--all at the same time.
This creates inter-dimensionality of the structure--not just frequency, not just energy, but dimensionality. This is why the Heart Axis Mudra Meditation is so powerful, because it not only creates this sacred geometrical energetic (what we call morphogenic) structure, a type of structure that precedes all form) but youre creating inter-dimensional light structures within and around that so that the complex patterns of frequencies communicate beyond here--above you, around you, through the inter-dimensional portals and throughout the many universes." And so, yes, it is very important. Yes. It is a very big deal.
Toning to Heal the Body
The other aspect of chanting and toning is the power of the human voice to heal the body. When people are ill and they are groaning or moaning, that is healing and soothing to the body, and it should be encouraged. The great Laurel Keynes, who did the initial documentation of the results of toning, talks about this.
When youre feeling nauseous, when youre feeling tension in your body, if you will explore the sound that your body really wants to make without judging or controlling that mentally, you will produce a sound that makes that nausea go away very quickly. You will produce a sound that will make the headache go away, or the fatigue, and so forth. And so for stress, it would be "Ahhhh," which is what you are creating when you yawn, essentially. Yawning reoxygenates the system, which is what you need when you are fatigued. You have been tense and so you have been holding your breath and youre oxygen-starved and you are fatigued. "Ahhh"-- letting out the breath so that you have to take an in-breath instead of taking shallow breaths.
This is also why it is suggested that when you meditate you start very deep breathing, which slows down the heart rate, changes your frequency, takes the ragged edge off your vibration. If you could see this clairvoyantly, you would see that when you are tense, its like ragged, jagged edges, like a serrated knife. When you slow down your breathing, slow down your heart rate and release that tension, everything smoothes out in your aura. We would suggest to Roberta [a workshop attendee who does massage and Therapeutic Touch] that when youre working on clients in doing body work and so forth, you can intend a certain musical note, or you can intend internally a certain sound to be transmitted through your hands to your client. Most people who come for a massage are rather tense, wouldnt you agree?
R: Yes.
You can intend; you can, within yourself, hear "Ahhhhh." Or with these structures that weve been describing you may be inspired to use a specific tone for these sounds that you wouldnt necessarily have thought of and project the energetic frequency of these through your hands to the persons body. Almost instantly you will be able to feel a change take place in the body. It will be an interesting experiment for you.
All right. We are being guided to have you ask questions at this point. Were not quite finished but we would ask if you have any questions. T: Were you wondering about how this might connect with The Hologram of Love? [Note: Alten's evolution of Drunvalo Melchizedek's work]
T: I was thinking about that connection with the Hologram of Love, how that all comes into balance with this as far as were talking about the interdimensional layers. And so there is this process which I have done, and there is The Hologram of Love process. I see a real unity flowing between these two but can you explain that further, Melora?
Love as "Alchemy"
Yes. The intersection of the idea for what we call energetic, morphogenic structures and matter depend on Love. Love is the ingredient that creates the alchemy of drawing substance to idea. This is the great Divine, creative secret and mystery of alchemy. Now we will tell you that magic is not this process what you think of as Earth magic. What we are speaking of is higher-level alchemy, the true creative process versus magic. Magic transmutes energy and gives the illusion of creating substance. All it is really doing is transmuting one energy to another. True creativity actually creates energetically the substance to attach to an energetic structure. Do you see the difference?
T: Its a little confusing.
Its rather subtle. All right. If you take your classic magician, s/he makes it appear as if something disappears. Its actually gone up his/her sleeve. So an object has moved from here to here and because of the prestidigitation--the quick movement of the digits --it appears as though something that used to exist now doesnt exist, or that something that didn't exist now exists. And this is an illusion.
So magic is able to focus the witnesss mind, if you will, or the witnesss perception, away from or to wherever it wishes, and so something seems to appear. Or something can be moved from one place to another energetically and seem to disappear or appear. But there is no creative process involved here. There is no creating something from nothing, if you will, to make it simplistic, whereas with the true Divine spark, you are working first with the energetic idea and structure of something and then through the intention of love, making that manifest where it wasnt manifested before. Do you now see the difference?
The reason that it is so confusing is that, on the surface, they often appear to be the same process, but theyre not. So for example with the question of abundance--financial abundance especially, and all of those books that tell you how to do that and say, "Oh, you just say your affirmations," and so on and so on--that is really trying to create magic. We would suggest that creating abundance truly, not just the illusion, even if the money is in you hand, is an illusion if you havent done it in a loving way-- that manifestation money is the illusion of love.
Digression . . .
Money is one kind of love. Do you love yourself enough to have enough money? Do you love yourself enough to allow that? Do you love yourself enough to surround yourself with people who can help you with that or whatever? Do you love yourself enough to be in a job that pays you for your true value? Do you see?
And this is how financial abundance intersects with individual reality, individual karma, individual things that people are working on. So if in a past life, you were very wealthy and you found that you were, say, in the court of King Henry VIII and you were really rich but you were totally depressed and unhappy and you felt suicidal all the time, then that money is not representing love in your life, is it?
When money comes to represent love, then you are working harmoniously with the providence that you call Universal Providence or Divine Providence, meaning abundance in all things, abundance in every form including financial abundance. And so doing affirmations and doing formulas for creating money in your life can work temporarily as magic but will probably not endure and be sustained. You will constantly be having to monitor it. You will constantly be having to do the same routines and the same magic processes to bring it into your life. Do you see?
When you are working in harmony with the Divine Providence, you dont have to think about it. Many would say, "Well thats easy for you to say, Melora." We have heard that many times, we assure you. And if we could help people break through this one little doorway, this one threshold, what everyone needs would come pouring forth for him/her. And so we would suggest to those struggling financially that they focus on their choices of being struggle-ers, their choices in believing that one must struggle.
"One must work hard" to get this, that or the other. Is that not one of the core beliefs sometimes ingrained in people in childhood, sometimes because of self-punishment, sometimes because of lack of self-worth: "I must work hard to earn everything." Or maybe I project on you and say, "Love must be earned, trust must be earned, respect must be earned, money must be earned, and so I must struggle to earn everything because thats what I believe. And I will have the illusion that I believe this because thats what my experience has told me." The reality will be that I believed it first and created that in my reality.
And we have drifted from The Hologram of Love discussion. What we wish to say about it is that The Hologram of Love, with "The Flower of Life"--those beautiful intersecting lines--would be very similar to a notion of a seed syllable. This is a seed geometric shape that has inherent within it the potential of love coming into manifestation, into form, which is what you do in your paintings, T. So we believe you will understand this analogy. The Flower of Life is like a fertilized egg right at the moment of conception. It is not a human being yet. It is not a bird yet. It is not a carrot yet. Right at that moment, it has the potential to be that life form or that beautiful created something right at that moment.
The Flower of Life has within it all potentialities of creation right at the moment of creation, the instant, first moment of creation. Thats why The Hologram of Love is so powerful, the Flower of Life--why those symbols have been used over and over again in ancient times. So with the Vesica Pisces, for example, where you have two intersecting circles. The Christians took just the central part, kept the tail on one side of it where the circles intersected, and it looks like a fish: the Vesica Pices. Thats why its called that: Pisces, meaning fish. It is the intersection of the Above and Below in those two circles. That seed point in the center where they intersect is that fish-looking symbol. This symbol was not actually used during Jesus time, however, but was ascribed later by the Church. Any questions? Sacred geometrical structure, the Vesica Pisces. J: What is the question of your heart?
J: I guess Im not clear about the structure that youre talking about. Im trying to picture it in my mind and I know its more than the Vesica Pisces.
M: T., would you get the painting of The Hologram of Love from the back of the room?
J: Is it the Flower of Life?
M: Yes, but look at it spherically and multi-dimensionally, look at it three-dimensionally as it exists within its multi-dimensionality. And so do you remember the work that the great Buckminster Fuller did, where he used cellular structures and he discovered that the strongest physical structure was the tetrahedron? So he created the geodesic dome? If you look at that structure, you will see these geometric shapes within the tetrahedron, the geodesic dome, which is like The Flower of Life.
When our Jyoti lived in Philadelphia, she used to go to the Childrens Museum on the great Ben Franklin Parkway that terminates at the Art Museum. There was an exhibit of Buckminster Fuller with aluminum bars formed into these various cellular structures, and you could feel with your hands how they would give or, with the geodesic tetrahedral structure, how the joints would not give. You felt the tetrahedron and it was the strongest of all and you could feel this in your hands. It was really a wonderful experience to test that with your body.
Any other questions? Our Jyoti is showing us a picture. It was the cover of a Scientific American. You know how they can do so much with computer graphics now. The computer mathematically calculates on command. Its like telling your dog to fetch. You say, "Okay. Heres a sphere. Now turn the sphere inside and out," and you know what you get? A beautiful flower. And theyve learned so much through computers about these structures that living forms are based on.
In closing this part of our work this morning, we would like to tell you from the Council of 12 that they wish to speak not only through Melora but also to come through personally. We are trying to calm our Jyoti down a little bit. Hopefully, after break, we will have a word from another member of the Council of 12. Are there any more questions at this point?
