(1) SHE-MA: (inside view)
hands as in the church steeple rhyme ("Here
is the church, and here is the steeple. Open your hands, and
here are the people.") Have fingers interlocked inward
toward Heart chakra, index fingers touching and pointed up toward
chin, and thumbs touching together & pressed to Heart chakra.
(outside view)
With hands in mudra at
Heart Chakra - chant three times: "SHE-MA".
Alignment with the feminine aspect of GodSananda.
(Visualize pale violet.)
2) SO-MAA-AH: Keeping hands together
in church game format, pivot your hands forward (except for your
thumbs) and press your little fingers on Solar Plexus, index
fingers pointing out and thumbs pressed at Heart chakra.
Doing mudra at Solar Plexus
Chakra - chant three times: "SO-MAA-AH". Self-acceptance
on levels of soul and ego . . . (Visualize deep purple.)
3) Changing from the "steeple"
hand position, slide fingers down to 2nd chakra with hands flat
on body and thumbs touching together flat on body. (Teresa's
hands should be a bit lower, on her abdomen). Note the
greenish- yellow energy that has formed in Teresa's hands.
This is the visible merging of the physical heart chakra and
solar plexus chakra energies, just before she has moved her hands
to the 2nd chakra.
While forming mudra at
2nd Chakra (hands should be a bit lower than depicted here) -
you chant two tonal groups, together, successively three times:
"MO-RAA-AH / NO-OH-RAH." When chanting
"MO-RAA-AH", visualize lilac and lavender,
banded in gold) balance between vibrational
expressions of female and male. When chanting "NO-OH-RAH",
visualize deep purple - Universal
vibrations of self-acceptance.
4) ZAU-RAM! Moving hands down
to Base chakra, form a triangle with fingers (including index
fingers) pressed together and pointing downward, and with the
tips of thumbs pressed together.
With hands forming mudra
at Base Chakra - chant three times, forcefully: "ZAU-RAM!"
Powerful resonance offering healing and protection from negative
energies. (Visualize emerald green.)
(5) SHE-MA: (inside view)
hands as in the church steeple rhyme ("Here
is the church, and here is the steeple. Open your hands, and
here are the people.") Have fingers interlocked inward
toward Heart chakra, index fingers touching and pointed up toward
chin, and thumbs touching together & pressed to Heart chakra.
(outside view)
With hands in mudra at
Heart Chakra again, chant three times again: "SHE-MA".
Alignment with the feminine aspect of GodSananda.
(Visualize pale violet.)
6)
ZOO-UR, CHO-RA: With hands in prayer position, press your thumbs
to your chest, fingers pointing toward chin and throat chakra.
Note: The pillar-like bands of whitish light here, and
in photos that follow, are merely caused by a sluggish film advance
in my 35mm camera.
With hands in mudra between
thymus and throat chakra, chant three times: "ZOO-UR
/ CHO-RA". Associated with past-life remembrance.
(Visualize pale green & gold banded with silver on
either side.) Vibrations of softness, unity and
love.
7) THU-MAR: Bring your hands up
to the Third
eye (Teresa's hands should be a bit lower), connect thumbs across
the brows. Fingers are slightly separated.
With hands forming mudra
at 3rd Eye Chakra, chant 3 times: "THU-MAR".
Increases receptivity to Universal communication and frequencies.
(Visualize three powder blue "stripes" banded
in gold.)
8) RU-AH-SHIM (front view): Arms
are above your head (crown chakra). Your wrists will overlap
so that the palms of your hands are pressed, flat, together.
(back view)
With hands in mudra above
crown chakra, chant 3 times: "RU-AH-SHIM". Utilizes
magnetics a chant to heal, unifying the process of etheric
crystallization. (Visualize lemon-yellow.)
(left) Finally, palms are facing body until they rest lightly
against legs. (I usually feel a very expanded energy "kick
in" and get goose bumps with this final position.)
